1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") govern the relationship between jelibo (hereinafter "jelibo", "we", "us", or "the Platform") and any individual (hereinafter "you", "the User", or "the Player") who accesses, registers with, or makes use of the jelibo website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, game shows, sports betting, and promotional programmes.

By accessing jelibo, clicking any registration button, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jelibo Platform.

These Terms are supplemented by additional policies including the jelibo Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated.

jelibo reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

All references to currency in these Terms are to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳) unless otherwise stated. All monetary thresholds, limits, and amounts are denominated in BDT.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the jelibo Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. jelibo does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any form of gambling or betting activity on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of gambling or betting.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with jelibo or any gambling operator.
• You have not been diagnosed with, or are not currently being treated for, a gambling addiction or related disorder that would make your participation on the Platform harmful to yourself.

jelibo applies age verification checks as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended and permanently closed. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the payment source used, after deducting any bonuses claimed or winnings generated, which shall be forfeited in their entirety.

jelibo takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. If you are aware of an underage individual using the Platform, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling content.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access jelibo's full range of services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account on the Platform. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must not use false identities, aliases, or third-party personal information during registration. jelibo reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of the information provided at any time.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jelibo account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. jelibo will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jelibo immediately at [email protected]. jelibo may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jelibo applies KYC verification procedures in accordance with anti-money laundering and responsible gaming principles. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence — before your first withdrawal is processed, or at any point during your use of the Platform at jelibo's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality on your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jelibo accepts deposits in BDT via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your jelibo account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jelibo does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jelibo accepts no responsibility.

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other individual — is strictly prohibited. jelibo reserves the right to request evidence that funds originate from a legitimate source held in your name.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes for accounts that have completed KYC verification. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on your card-issuing bank.

jelibo does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees on incoming transfers. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved. jelibo reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jelibo may apply a monthly account maintenance fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts once this threshold is reached, until either the account balance reaches zero or the player resumes activity. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

5 Bonus & Promotional Terms

jelibo offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms:

• Bonus offers are available to players aged 18 and above only.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific offer terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held in separate balances within your jelibo account. Real-money funds are used first for wagers unless you have an active bonus in play.
• Certain game types — including but not limited to some live dealer tables, specific slot titles, or sports betting markets — may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) towards wagering requirements. Refer to the specific offer terms for the applicable game contribution rates.
• jelibo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including cancelling bonuses already credited to an account, if jelibo has reasonable grounds to believe the offer is being abused or exploited.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly without fulfilling wagering requirements.

Seasonal promotions — such as offers tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, or other Bangladesh calendar events — are subject to the same general bonus terms in addition to any event-specific conditions communicated at the time of the promotion.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of your use of the jelibo Platform, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jelibo Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name, under a pseudonym, or through a third party.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in relation to casino games or sports betting markets.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs, or glitches for personal gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors are void and will be forfeited.
• Using the jelibo Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purposes.
• Depositing funds from payment sources that do not belong to you.
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction applied to your account or any other account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the operation of the Platform or adversely affects other players' experience.

jelibo reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these obligations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your jelibo account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal manner. Bonus funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, provided KYC verification has been completed.

7.2 Closure by jelibo

jelibo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• The registration information provided is false, incomplete, or misleading.
• The account is being used in breach of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• The account is linked to fraudulent, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Continued operation of the account would expose jelibo or other players to unacceptable risk.

Where an account is closed by jelibo due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at jelibo's discretion after deduction of any applicable fees or amounts owed by the player.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling may be becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion options are available for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. 8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jelibo Platform — including but not limited to the jelibo name, logo, graphical assets, interface design, game content (where licensed), written content, software, code, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of jelibo or its respective licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jelibo Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content or material on the Platform.

Game content available on the jelibo Platform is supplied under licence from third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These providers retain all intellectual property rights in their respective game titles. jelibo does not claim ownership of game software or content supplied by third-party providers.

Any unauthorised use of jelibo's intellectual property — including scraping, copying, mirroring, or reproducing the Platform in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jelibo, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the jelibo Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from technical errors, system outages, or connectivity failures beyond jelibo's reasonable control.
• Errors, interruptions, or delays in the transmission or delivery of data via the internet or mobile networks.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
• Any decision made by you based on information published on the jelibo Platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcome histories.
• Any losses sustained as a direct result of gambling activity on the Platform. Gambling involves risk, and jelibo does not guarantee any particular outcome or return on wagers placed.

In any event, jelibo's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your jelibo account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jelibo's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10 Amendments & Governing Law

10.1 Amendments

jelibo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jelibo will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 7.1.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of these Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the jelibo Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jelibo with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

10.4 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of fair dealing and consumer protection applicable in Bangladesh. jelibo is committed to resolving disputes amicably. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with jelibo's support team at [email protected], you and jelibo agree to attempt good-faith mediation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
