When data reaches the end of its retention period and there is no legal basis for continued storage, jelibo securely deletes or anonymises it using industry-standard data destruction methods.

Account Closure and Data: Closing your jelibo account does not result in the immediate deletion of all your personal data. Regulatory obligations require us to retain identity and financial records for a defined period after closure. You will be informed of the specific retention period applicable to your account at the time of closure.
